Clear answers from the start.

If you’re dealing with anxiety, mood changes, sleep disruption, or feeling unlike yourself, it’s easy to be told it’s “just stress” or to be given a plan that only partially helps.

This evaluation is designed to move beyond surface-level answers so you can understand what is actually contributing to how you feel and what to do about it.

How It Works

Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation

1. Start with a Free 20-Minute Consultation or Book Directly

Not sure if this is the right fit? The consultation is a no-pressure way to ask questions before committing. Ready to go? You can book directly here — but read Step 2 before you do.

2. Before You Book — Lab Timing Matters

This evaluation includes bloodwork, so your evaluation booking date depends on where you are in your cycle:

  • Not on birth control, cycling regularly (a cycle that comes every 21–35 days): bloodwork must be drawn on days 19–22 of your cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual bleed.
  • Not on birth control, irregular cycles (cycles that vary significantly, come fewer than 8 times per year, or are unpredictable in length): bloodwork can be done at any time.
  • On any form of birth control (pill, patch, ring, hormonal or copper IUD, implant, or injection): bloodwork can be done at any time.

Once you know when you’ll get your blood drawn based on the guidelines above, schedule your Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation no sooner than 7 days after the date you are getting your blood drawn.

3. Complete Your Onboarding

You’ll receive a confirmation email and intake paperwork. Once that’s submitted, you’ll get access to the patient portal where your lab instructions and lab requisition will be sent to you (within 24-48 business hours).

4. Get Your Bloodwork Done

Take your lab requisition to any Labcorp location near you and get your blood drawn.

5. Your 90-Minute Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation

A comprehensive one-on-one evaluation with Brianna where your bloodwork is reviewed alongside your symptoms, history, and goals to build your personalized treatment plan.

6. Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

Your first few follow-ups are scheduled every 2–4 weeks as your treatment plan takes shape. As your symptoms stabilize, appointments space out to every 6–8 weeks, with a minimum of once every three months to maintain continuity of care.

Frequency is always a collaborative decision, though staying consistent with your provider’s recommendations leads to the best outcomes. You’ll have direct access to Brianna Monday through Thursday, 9am–5pm, for questions and support between visits.
