A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation designed to finally look at the full picture and give you real answers.

You don’t feel like yourself.
And you’re tired of being told everything looks fine.

Behavioral Wellness for Women

And completely over it.

Maybe it happened gradually. The anxiety that used to be manageable started taking up more space. The exhaustion stopped responding to sleep. The irritability came faster and left slower. The brain fog made you feel like you were operating at half capacity while everyone around you expected full.

Or maybe it hit harder and faster, postpartum, perimenopause, a season of relentless stress and suddenly you didn’t recognize yourself anymore.

Either way, you’re here. Functioning. Holding it together. And completely over it.

Something has shifted

You're functioning. Holding it together.

It hasn’t worked.

You mentioned it to your doctor. They ran some labs, told you everything looked normal, and suggested you try therapy or maybe an antidepressant. Or they handed you a prescription without much explanation and moved on to the next patient.

Maybe you did try therapy. It helped you cope. But coping isn’t the same as feeling better, and something still feels off underneath.

Maybe you’ve researched your symptoms at midnight, convinced yourself it’s your hormones, ordered supplements from Instagram, overhauled your diet, downloaded a tracking app, and still wake up exhausted and anxious wondering why nothing is working.

Maybe you’ve seen multiple providers, your PCP, your OB-GYN, maybe even a therapist and left every appointment with more questions than answers.

You’re not lazy. You’re not weak. You’re not “just stressed.”

You’re someone who has been trying to get answers from a system that isn’t designed to look at the full picture.

You've already tried

You’ve tried to figure it out.

in isolation.

Mood, anxiety, energy, focus, sleep, and emotional resilience don’t exist in isolation.

They’re influenced by your hormones. Your nutrient status. Your thyroid. Your cortisol. Your blood sugar. Your inflammation levels. The stage of life you’re in. The history your body is carrying.

When any of these are off, even subtly, your mental health takes the hit first. And most providers never look at them.

Your therapist isn’t checking your iron levels. Your PCP isn’t evaluating your progesterone in the context of your anxiety. Your OB-GYN isn’t connecting your luteal phase symptoms to your mental health. And a standard psychiatric appointment, usually 20 minutes, isn’t designed to do any of this either.

So you keep getting pieces of the picture. Never the whole thing.

That’s not a reflection of how hard you’ve tried. That’s a gap in how women’s mental health care is delivered and it’s exactly the gap this evaluation was built to fill.

What nobody has told you yet

Your mental health doesn't exist

Nothing held back.

A personalized treatment plan

Not a one-size-fits-all protocol. A plan built specifically for you based on your labs, your history, your symptoms, and your goals. This may include medication recommendations, supplement protocols, lifestyle strategies, hormone-informed care, and clear next steps for what comes after.

The Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation

04

Everything included.

A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation designed to look at everything that may be contributing to how you feel and give you a clear, personalized plan for what to do about it.

This isn’t a 20-minute appointment where you leave with a prescription and a referral. This isn’t a functional medicine deep dive that runs thousands of dollars in testing with no clear endpoint. And this isn’t a quiz or a program or a course.

This is one thorough, clinical evaluation with a provider who specializes in exactly this. The intersection of women’s mental health, hormone health, and root cause care.

What’s included

A comprehensive lab panel — included in full

No additional lab fees. No surprise bills. The panel is designed specifically to evaluate factors that influence mood, anxiety, energy, focus, sleep, and hormone health, including markers most providers never order.

This includes thyroid function, iron status and iron stores, vitamin and mineral levels, blood sugar regulation and insulin function, inflammation markers, reproductive hormones including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, and additional metabolic markers that may be contributing to how you feel.

01

A 90-minute evaluation

We go deep. Your symptoms, your history, your cycle, your hormones, and your labs are reviewed together so nothing gets looked at in isolation. You’ll have time to ask questions, share what you’ve already tried, and actually feel heard.

02

A written summary of your findings

A detailed document outlining your lab results, what they mean in the context of your symptoms, and your personalized recommendations. Yours to keep, reference, and share with other providers on your care team.

03

and here’s why

Most psychiatric care focuses on symptoms and medication. Most hormone care focuses on the cycle. Most functional medicine focuses on the labs without the psychiatric lens.

My approach sits at the intersection of all three.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider (PMH-C), I have specialized training in women’s mental health, reproductive psychiatry, perinatal mental health, and integrative psychiatry.

I built this evaluation because I kept seeing the same pattern that the women who had been to multiple providers, tried multiple treatments, and still didn’t have real answers. Not because the answers didn’t exist. Because no one had looked at everything together.

Meet Brianna

This is different

they experience

I didn’t realize how much I had normalized feeling this way.

That’s what this evaluation does

What my clients say

I feel listened to. Actually listened to, not just heard.

I finally have an explanation for what’s been happening.

I left with more clarity than I’ve had in years.

Most women who come to me have spent months, sometimes years, wondering what’s wrong. Many have been told nothing is wrong. Some have tried multiple treatments without lasting results.

What they have in common is this: they knew something was off, and they were right.

exactly what you need if

Is this right for you?

This evaluation may be

  • You’ve been told your labs are normal but you still don’t feel well

  • You’re experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, brain fog, irritability, poor sleep, low mood, or mood swings

  • You’re postpartum and don’t feel like yourself, even months later

  • Your symptoms get significantly worse in the week before your period

  • You’re in perimenopause and feel like your mental health changed overnight

  • You’re pregnant or trying to conceive and want thoughtful, specialized support

  • You’re a high-achieving woman who appears to have it together and is running on empty underneath

  • You’ve tried medication, therapy, supplements, or all three and still feel like something is missing

  • You don’t know exactly what’s wrong. You just know this isn’t you.

before they book.

Common questions

What women ask

What if my labs come back normal?

Normal results are still valuable. They tell us what isn’t driving your symptoms and help us focus on what might be. You won’t leave without answers. You’ll leave with clarity and a plan regardless of what your labs show.

What if I’m already on medication?

That’s completely okay. Many women who work with me are already taking medication. The evaluation can help us understand whether your current treatment is optimized and whether other factors may be contributing to ongoing symptoms.

What if I don’t want medication?

You are never required to take medication. Treatment decisions are always collaborative. My role is to give you options and education. The decision is always yours.

What if I’m pregnant or postpartum?

Both are specialty areas of mine. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and regularly support women during pregnancy, postpartum, and while breastfeeding.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

What states do you serve?

I currently work with women located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.

What happens after your evaluation?

At the end of your 90 minutes, you’ll have your lab results reviewed, your treatment plan in hand, and a clear understanding of your next steps.

If ongoing care is the right fit, we’ll schedule your first follow-up and begin implementing your plan together. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, collaborative, and designed to support you as we make adjustments and track your progress.

You’ll also have access to secure portal messaging between appointments because questions don’t always wait for scheduled visits.

How does this work?

1. Start with a Free 20-Minute Consultation or Book Directly
Not sure if this is the right fit? The consultation is a no-pressure way to ask questions before committing. Ready to go? You can book directly here — but read Step 2 before you do.

2. Before You Book — Lab Timing Matters
This evaluation includes bloodwork, so your evaluation booking date depends on where you are in your cycle:

  • Not on birth control, cycling regularly (a cycle that comes every 21–35 days): bloodwork must be drawn on days 19–22 of your cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual bleed.
  • Not on birth control, irregular cycles (cycles that vary significantly, come fewer than 8 times per year, or are unpredictable in length): bloodwork can be done at any time.
  • On any form of birth control (pill, patch, ring, hormonal or copper IUD, implant, or injection): bloodwork can be done at any time.

Once you know when you’ll get your blood drawn based on the guidelines above, schedule your Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation no sooner than 7 days after the date you are getting your blood drawn.

3. Complete Your Onboarding
You’ll receive a confirmation email and intake paperwork. Once that’s submitted, you’ll get access to the patient portal where your lab instructions and lab requisition will be sent to you (within 24–48 business hours).

4. Get Your Bloodwork Done
Take your lab requisition to any Labcorp location near you and get your blood drawn.

5. Your 90-Minute Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation
A comprehensive one-on-one evaluation with Brianna where your bloodwork is reviewed alongside your symptoms, history, and goals to build your personalized treatment plan.

6. Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Your first few follow-ups are scheduled every 2–4 weeks as your treatment plan takes shape. As your symptoms stabilize, appointments space out to every 6–8 weeks, with a minimum of once every three months to maintain continuity of care.

Frequency is always a collaborative decision, though staying consistent with your provider’s recommendations leads to the best outcomes. You’ll have direct access to Brianna Monday through Thursday, 9am–5pm, for questions and support between visits.
