A postpartum patient says, “I don’t feel like myself,” but can’t fully explain why
Anxiety or panic has resurfaced after a period of stability
Progress in therapy has plateaued despite consistent engagement
A patient who seems fine on the surface but is reporting increasing internal distress
Something feels "off" but situational factors don't fully explain it
